The Vulnerability Analyst at ASOS is tasked with monitoring, analysing and supporting the risk based resolution of Vulnerabilities across the ASOS digital estate, to ensure the Security, Integrity and Availability of ASOS assets. The individual will report on findings and suggest solutions to contribute to improving the Security Posture of ASOS. Role Details: • Support the Senior Vulnerability Analyst to build out processes to identify and prioritise Vulnerabilities in our organisation. • Use existing tools, including custom developed and off the shelf solutions to monitor and gather Vulnerability Information for risk assessment, • Risk assess Vulnerabilities to existing processes to ensure the right risks are prioritised for remediation, • Contribute to the development of the TVM function, including, policies, and procedures. • Horizon scanning for Vulnerabilities, including early warning of Vulnerabilities being exploited in the wild, • Collaboration with related internal and external teams to build Vulnerability best practices in to the team, • Continuously evaluation and improvement of Vulnerability Management processes to enhance the organisations cyber security posture. • Provide guidance and expertise to the business to promote best practice in this field and a Security first mentality. About You • The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications in the field of Cyber Security and be time served as a Vulnerability Analyst, SOC, or in a similar role, • A working knowledge of the full stack of technology Infrastructure, Cloud, SDLC and Networking, • A curiosity around Vulnerability Management, able to spot potential threats to the organisation and investigate risks in disparate areas, • A good proficiency in using industry standard Vulnerability Management across the technology stack. • Able to articulate information to stakeholders in a professional manner, • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for presenting technical information clearly, • Self-motivated with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
