About the role
You will join us as a Security Supervisor reporting directly to the Soft Services Manager. You will deputise for the Manager during periods of absence and on a day to day basis you will be involved with the management and supervision of a medium sized security team. You will be working in a modern busy Shopping Centre, where you will be expected to have expert knowledge on how to deescalate conflict issues and deal with security related incidents.
