We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our new Castore operation at Knowsley. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.
This is a full-time, permanent role, where you’ll work on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, this will typically be Tuesday to Saturday; however, flexibility will be required, this is logistics after all! The hours of work will be 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets.
* You’ll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies.
* With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
