Role: Maintenance Administrator Location: Slough Salary: £29,000 per annum Contract: Permanent. Office based. Monday to Friday. 40 hours We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Coordinator to work with our client at their site in Slough on a school contract. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have a background in Facilities Management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all Hard Services requirements under the direction of the Hard FM Manager. Liaise with Specialist Providers to follow up on remedials and service dates, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Communicate the programme of works to client parties and update the core business system with report sheets and compliance notes. Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies while adhering to Health & Safety legislation and external audit requirements. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Facilities Management and knowledge of Hard Services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAFM systems.
