About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the hub of communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution of creative projects.
As an expert in delivery and somebody who’s a little obsessed with organisation, you’ll oversee a number of projects, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional work that will be showcased all around the world. Via our industry-unique framework, you’ll be tasked with delivering every project on budget, on time, and to schedule.
From pitch to project plan and extending beyond successful delivery, you’ll be a magician at managing time.
Delays don’t faze you, because you’re cool as a cucumber when coming up with practical and realistic solutions to keep things on track. You’re a master of communication, checking in with everyone on the team consistently to make sure everything’s ticking along nicely. Through experience (and asking the right questions when you don’t know the answer), you can plot and plan time in the studio for every stage of production, ensuring quality without compromise on every one of your accounts.
What will you be doing?
* Project Planning:
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Project Execution and Delivery:
* Manage project lifecycles from initiation to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met.
* Oversee internal team workflows, ensuring resources are effectively utilised.
* Conduct regular check-ins with creative, account, and production teams to track progress.
* Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
* Budget and Financial Management:
* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage invoicing in collaboration with the finance team.
* Ensure profitability by maintaining scope control and flagging potential overruns.
* Process Improvement:
* Evaluate project workflows and identify areas for efficiency and process improvement.
* Document learnings and contribute to refining project management tools and practices.
* Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with Account Managers, strategists, creatives, and production teams to align on project goals.
* Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring team alignment and motivation.
What you'll need to bring
* Relevant project management experience, ideally in a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
* Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, production, and media.
* Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.
* Familiarity with budget tracking tools and reporting systems.

Salary band: £35k - £45k dependant on experience
