About the Role:
As a Mobile Plumber, you will work as part of our in-house engineering team, delivering top-notch plumbing services to schools across the Stoke area. Your responsibilities will include fault finding, repairs, planned maintenance, and lifecycle reporting for plumbing assets. Your work will ensure smooth operations for our clients and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct fault finding and repairs on plumbing systems.
* Perform regular planned maintenance on plumbing assets.
* Provide lifecycle and defect reports for mechanical systems.
* Communicate regularly with the helpdesk to provide updates on work progress.
* Support other engineering disciplines when required.
* Manage and oversee daily Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
* Organize and complete maintenance reports and site logbooks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Attend emergency call-outs as needed, and provide detailed incident reports.

Who We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A recognised Plumbing qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ).
* Relevant commercial practical experience.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols and risk assessments.
* A customer-focused mindset and experience in delivering high-quality service.
* Previous Facilities Management (FM) experience in a PFI environment is advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to join the on-call/emergency call-out rota.
* An enhanced DBS check is required.
