As a NationalAccount Manager, you will manage our biggest retail customer Morrisons. You'll thrive in a high-paced environment, gaining exposure to the retail meat category and our extensive manufacturing business. This role is crucial to our business and will be managing a high value sales area and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Account Management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customer, Morrisons.
* Manage some of our key meat categories with autonomy and drive the right behaviours for growth.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and Myton Food Group.
* Negotiate day to day pricing and manage promotional activities to maximise sales and profitability.
* Identify growth opportunities within the account, including potential for new products or existing product development.
Market Analysis and Forecasting
* Work with the category team to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to make informed decisions within your own categories.
* Manage the forecast and deliver against the pipeline of opportunities to ensure growth targets are met.
Financial Management
* Manage the account’s budget, including trade spend and promotional funding.
* Monitor the financial health of the account, ensuring profitability and managing costs effectively.
