Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Business Transformation Manager to join our MRO Europe business where you'll support us with the development and ownership of best practice across all of our UK sites. This role will be based at our newly created Ontic Tewkesbury site but travel between all of our Gloucestershire sites should be expected. The Role: You will work cross-functionally across Ontic Staverton and Ontic Cleeve to develop a unified solution for our new UK MRO business. This role involves driving best-practice changes, overseeing deployment and execution, and establishing performance metrics aligned with key KPIs. You will ensure optimal ERP usage, maximising functionality to provide essential tools and data for enhancing our MRO offering. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement while addressing challenges raised by others. Collaborate across departments, train employees in CI principles, and analyse productivity data to enhance efficiency. Investigate process shortfalls and ensure smooth integration of new systems or processes.
