Posted on behalf of UKBIC Our client, a leading organisation focusing on battery cell research and manufacturing is currently seeking a Problem Solving Quality Engineer to join their team The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to resolve safety and quality issues, thus enabling continual improvement in the products and services. The Problem Solving Quality Engineer Will Ensure all issues, problems and production nonconformities are recorded and prioritised. Maintain and report KPIs. Lead the resolution of problems in a timely manner, by influencing and guiding cross functional teams. Organise and analyse data. Record and report problem definition and root cause analysis taking on full responsibility of continual improvement projects where necessary. The Problem Solving Quality Engineer Will Have 3 years’ industrial experience. In depth experience of complex problem-solving resolution (DMAIC or equivalent). Demonstrable evidence of team working and influencing outside own department. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Quality / Engineering/ Manufacturing degree or equivalent. Excellent project management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Use of Microsoft suit.
