Teaching Personnel are seeking a secondary teacher to support a comprehensive school in Ceredigion. If you want to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, prepare them for college or other post-secondary education, and guide students in their pursuit of academic and personal excellence, then we want to hear from you!
Position – Secondary Teacher KS 3-4
Location – Ceredigion, SA44
Hours – Full time, Monday – Friday
Salary - £166-240 daily rate (varied on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Create an Inviting Learning Environment: Help students develop essential study habits, while fostering an environment where they feel safe, motivated, and excited to learn.
* Serve as a role model for students and uphold professional ethical standards.
* Utilise educational technology in the classroom to enhance learning.
* Encourage students to use their critical thinking skills to solve problems and develop their imagination.
* Collaborate with parents and other teachers in order to create a learning community that meets the needs of each student.
What we’re looking for:
* A Recognised Degree - or equivalent with QTS.
* Passion for education and desire to inspire young children.
* Experience working with young people in an education setting (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Enthusiasm to participate in continuous professional development.
* Right to work in the UK.
