Eden Scott is excited to be partnering with a leading public service in Edinburgh to bring on a 12 month fixed-term Personal Assistant, reporting to the CEO/Deputy CEO. This role is 35-hours full time and is a maternity leave cover. This role will be suited to those who are looking for a lateral move as a personal or executive assistant and wanting to be part of a more meaningful organisation. Equally, this client is open to being flexible to candidates who don't possess the experience at the CEO level but may have the relevant experience reporting to mangers or directors. Under the umbrella of providing assistance to the CEO/Deputy CEO, your role will be involved in: Maintaining a high degree of awareness on their workload and priorities and actioning on their behalf Prepare agendas and take minutes from meetings, prepare for board meetings, and undertake or support projects Event management Communications and monitoring emails and inboxes Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ensure that all deadlines are met. This role provides ample opportunities for flexibility including hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day in the office and flexitime available. There may be travel requirements between Edinburgh and Glasgow on occasions with the CEO which provides an exciting variety of responsibilities.
