Learning and Development Coordinator
£24,801.59 – £28,054.79
At Norse Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich.
As Learning & Development Coordinator you will provide support across the team to enable the delivery of training needs to the business, planning & scheduling training/learning solutions, ensuring appropriate resources are in place, and responsibility for the day-to-day administration.
Main Responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and scheduling annual training plans within set timeframes, prioritising when required
2. Organising and facilitating training events using approved resources to deliver training needs
3. Communicating any events or training opportunities to the business in a timely manner
4. Liaising with external providers to ensure all relevant documentation is completed, and arranging training or observation dates
5. Supporting with preparing monthly reports and statistics where appropriate
Our Successful Candidate:
1. Proven office and administrative experience in a busy environment, ideally within the Learning & Development Sector
2. Previous experience using Microsoft Office Packages
3. Excellent time management skills with ability to work to own initiative and as part of a wider team
4. Fantastic communication skills, able to build strong, professional relationships with colleagues
