A global FM Organisation are seeking a Facilities Manager for a commercial site in the Montrose area. This will be working on a major contract with the client being a well established business in their field. The main responsibilities are as follows:
Managing budgets, service charge accounts, and client reporting.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Delivering exceptional client satisfaction by achieving service level requirements (SLR) and driving operational excellence.
Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing team, including organizing team meetings and performance management.
Coordinating with project managers for integrated service delivery.
Driving innovation, customer service strategies, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Fostering strong client relationships and promoting a "One Team" approach.
