We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving, independent small animal practice in Southern Lincolnshire, who are looking to welcome two Veterinary Surgeons to their friendly and progressive team.

They are RCVS-accredited and committed to gold-standard care, boasting modern facilities, including:
IDEXX in-house analyser & brand-new Zoetis Imagyst (cytology + HT Vista)
Digital x-ray, ultrasonography & endoscopy
Class 4 K-Laser, Sevoflurane anaesthesia & active patient warmers
On-site peripatetic specialists for orthopaedics, BOAS and advanced imaging
The practice prioritises keeping cases in-house wherever possible, encouraging a collaborative, hands-on approach to case management.

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced vet, you'll be well supported. The team has a strong history of mentoring early-career vets and offers a clear development pathway for professional growth.
CPD is actively encouraged and generously funded
Interest areas and further qualifications are fully supported
Led by a Head Vet with certificates in Small Animal Surgery & Acupuncture
The Role & Working Pattern
This is ideally a full-time role, but the team is open to flexible working discussions.
Weekdays: 8:15am – 6:00pm
Protected 1-hour lunch break
Dedicated time for admin and case work
Saturdays: Consult-only on a rota basis (8:15am–11:00am & 2:30pm–4:30pm)
Thursday off prior to working a weekend
No OOHs – inpatient care only, shared on a rota
A nurse remains onsite; vet is rarely called upon, typically just for advice
