Key Responsibilities Prepare and review annual service charge budgets and maintain budgetary control Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely preparation and distribution of service charge accounts Oversee the maintenance of buildings and communal areas, liaising with contractors as necessary Address enquiries from Freeholders, Leaseholders, and Management Companies professionally Organise and attend Directors Meetings and Annual General Meetings where needed Manage major works projects, including serving Section 20 Notices Ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations Conduct regular site visits and maintain accurate property records Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents Requirements Minimum industry experience of 2 years Qualification desirable, but not essential Driving not necessary Must be a proactive and driven individual Candidates must willing to complete background checks Person Profile Experience: Previous experience in property or block management is highly desirable Skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to respond professionally to client and resident enquiries Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office applications Hours of Work Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM Saturday: 9:30AM - 4PM Salary and Benefits Basic Salary: £25 £35k Holiday: X days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays Professional Development: Financial support for personal development and opportunities for growth within the role Working towards partner status, based on dedication to personal development Work Environment: Office space within in Wimbledon village Driver not necessary Why Work with Our Client?
