You will work independently, carrying out patient care in collaboration with the registered nursing staff ensuring the smooth running of the TDA unit. You will be expected to support, supervise and develop further the role of the Health Care Assistant within the clinical area.
The post holder will be required to work flexible shift work.

Main duties of the job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Band Registered Nurse to join our team in Orthopaedic Short Stay Unit at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. The post holder must have an NMC registration.
It is essential that the person is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about providing high-quality, safe, patient-centred care. Good communication skills are essential as the ability to work with people as part of a multidisciplinary team.
