Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Gatwick Area
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, 1 Saturday shift per month (4 hours)
Salary: £30, per annum
Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role, as it entails moving vehicles.

Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
6. Greeting customers on arrival and assisting them with their bookings
7. Acting as the main point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
8. Taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate department
9. Completing and processing all administration tasks
10. Liaising with different departments regarding work in progress
11. Dealing with any customer queries and providing timely solutions
12. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
13. Confident and professional communicator
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills
16. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
17. Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite
