Hoople Recruitment are seeking a Senior HR Advisor on an interim agency basis. You will have experience of:
1. Restructuring including advising and supporting managers and senior leaders through a consultation process
2. Preparing documentation for restructures including template letters
3. Experience of advising on job description and structure chart preparation
4. Some experience of job evaluation processes would be beneficial
5. Advising and supporting managers with people related change management processes
6. TUPE experience
7. Advising managers and senior leaders on recruitment activities
8. Working within a unionised environment
9. Previous experience of working in a local authority would be beneficial but not essential
