We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our Capital business based in Birmingham. You will specialise in carrying out kitchen, bathroom and wet room fitting work projects to our customer’s properties in the West and East Midlands.

The Electrician role:
Capable of wiring sockets, fuse spurs, fans, lights, showers, pumps and renewing CCUs with the ability to test and certify the work
You will be working towards weekly productivity targets based on property completion
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.
What will you bring as an Electrician?
Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), 18th Edition certificate, and AM2 is essential
Test and Inspect qualifications desired but not essential
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
