Job Description
The ideal candidate would have:
1. A knowledgeable technical understanding of Statutory Compliance; preferably with a qualified engineering background and CIBSE membership
2. Experience of managing staff, consultants, and contractors, delivering compliance assessments and remedial works
3. Experience of managing a large scale programme of activity with professional project management techniques
4. A demonstrated ability to track and formally report risks and progress against programme improvement targets
5. The ability to work professionally within a collaborative team-culture with colleagues dealing with complex facilities challenges
