How youll spend your day
* Handling inbound and outbound support calls, providing excellent customer service.
* Managing and resolving IT support tickets (20+ per day once up to speed).
* Assisting internal staff with Active Directory, Teams, and other IT systems.
* Training new starters on internal systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
* Working with third-party vendors and internal teams.
* Primarily working remotely, with occasional travel to Bristol (once a week or fortnight).
