You will be responsible for the provision of commercial support primarily to the sales team with a secondary responsibility to the projects and maintenance teams, while ensuring Company objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to CEO
2. Support the Sales and Proposals teams on all inquiries with a focus and drive for a successful outcome.
3. Review and present all contractual risks to the Associate Commercial Director, CEO, and Commercial Committee before any new contracts are entered into.
4. Ensure all contract documents are accurately presented, authorized, distributed, and comply with current legal legislation and processes of the company and the customer.
5. Support the accounts team to action and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.
Background Required:
1. Experience working with NEC, MF1, Fidic, IChemE, and JCT type contracts
2. Engineering background
3. Electrical, Mechanical or relevant qualifications required (HNC, NVQ etc.)
4. Civil or structural engineering
5. Construction management
6. Business or contract management
7. Building studies
8. Quantity surveying
