Temporary Role | Administrators | Office Based I am working with a client in Normanton to recruit two administrators to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis. Duties include: Generating expenses reports, purchase orders and payment requests. To actively chase outstanding costs and payment requests. Review and aged data. Support with the Subcontractor Application for payment process. Rasing/receipting adhoc Purchase order requests. Reporting and data collation Coordination of all associated documentation, aligning to specific task Supporting all administration tasks Updating trackers and systems Creating and running reports Locating and updating paperwork Assisting with the fleet management Ad-hoc tasks as required, including assisting other team members and managers.
