The role of Administrator:
* Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and notifying relevant staff of arrivals.
* Booking Coordination: Manage inquiries about our services, handle bookings, and maintain accurate records for events and meetings.
* Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data input, preparing newsletters, and managing communications.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager and other staff to support the operations of the organisation.
The ideal Administrator:
* Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service is essential, particularly in dealing with diverse individuals.
* IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with visitors and staff.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
