Part time 30 hours per week.
We are currently looking for a Domestic Abuse MARAC Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to coordinate and provide administrative support to the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process for the Neath Port Talbot area, to enable partner agencies to provide appropriate support and risk management to high-risk victims of Domestic Abuse.
The main duties of the post;
To coordinate all administrative arrangements for all MARAC meetings
To process referrals from a range of agencies, and ensure consistency
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for MARAC referrals and the use of the Manta system.
Be responsible for overseeing document & data management
You will have experience in/of;
Significant administrative experience.
Significant experience of working with a range of partner agencies and stakeholders
Experience of handling highly emotive, sensitive information
Ideally you will have;
Knowledge of MARAC meetings, Case Conferences processes, or similar
To be familiar with relevant legislation (e.g. VAWDASV Act Wales 2015)
An understanding of local government and its relationships with other partner agencies
Educated to GCSE Level or Above
