As GFD, you will lead the financial strategy, manage capital-raising efforts, and oversee M&A activities while ensuring the integrity of all financial operations. By collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will help realise the company's ambitious growth plans and enhance its market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business growth objectives. Direct M&A initiatives by identifying strategic acquisition targets and facilitating successful integrations. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive performance. Lead capital-raising initiatives, creating detailed financial models to support business decisions. Foster strong relationships with external partners to enhance operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax obligations. Provide leadership and support to HR and IT teams, aligning their strategies with financial goals. Engage with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to drive strategic initiatives. What are we looking for? ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or possess an equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a GFD or in a senior financial management role, particularly in high-growth environments. Expertise in M&A, capital raising, and financial modelling. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel regularly between the UK and Europe.
