The role and the team
As a Senior Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet market needs, our messaging is clear and compelling, and our go-to-market strategies drive impactful results.
Guided by the principles of a product operating model (creating products that solve problems that matter and that help us grow as a business), you will act as the bridge between our product, marketing, sales and service teams, ensuring our products succeed both in the market and in the lives of our members.
You’ll be working on a brand new product, key to unlocking our company’s long term growth. We are seeking a creative growth optimiser with a data-driven mindset and a pragmatic approach to the execution of different marketing strategies. You will leverage Product and performance marketing strategies, amongst others, to optimise customer acquisition and drive measurable growth of our new product in the early stages of the product life cycle.

The must haves
* Product marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving customer-centric strategies that result in successful acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Demonstrated success in multiple high-growth companies, with a strong understanding of scaling marketing efforts.
* Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive, pragmatic approach to driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working closely with product teams, with a deep understanding of modern product management practices.
* Proven ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
The other stuff we are looking for
Data and Tools:
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, experimentation and analytics platforms, with a strong ability to interpret data to inform growth strategies.
* Data-oriented with experience analysing campaign and product performance metrics to drive strategy.
* Familiarity with rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and paid advertising tactics that drive growth efficiently.
Leadership & Communication:
* Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for conveying value through compelling messaging and content.
