Internal Sales Coordinator
Working within an established, growing electronics manufacturing business that is investing in scaling the business further.
This position would suit someone who enjoys communicating and supporting customers and is looking to develop.
This is NOT an outbound sales role - no cold calling or business development. This is strictly supporting with inbound enquiries.
25 days holiday + bank holidays. Flexible hours.
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturer who has experienced strong growth over recent years. In order to continue growing, the business requires extra support in managing inbound customer enquiries and the creation of quotes. Product training will be provided, but any experience working within the engineering or manufacturing sector would be useful.
Salary & Package: £27,000 to £35,000 per annum as an initial guide DOE. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
The Internal Sales Coordinator job will involve:
1. Responding to inbound/internal sales enquiries to ensure clients have everything they need.
2. Preparing and calculating quotations for customers using customer information and data.
3. Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., production, engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
4. Tracking and analysing account performance metrics, including client satisfaction, project outcomes, and financial results.

1. Prior experience within a Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive (or similar) position.
2. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
3. A good level of Excel knowledge and comfort in creating quotes.
4. Methodical and organised to follow a process in managing customer queries.
5. A team player who can collaborate with different internal departments (marketing, manufacturing, engineering, etc.).
This job is commutable from Baldock, Hitchin, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Luton.
