Responsibilities Processing all recruitment transactional activities (contract queries and creation, workday and queries) through the relevant workflow tool. Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls - driving efficiency and corrective action as required. Interview Coordination : Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details. Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews. Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status. Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Onboarding Support : Collaborate with the recruitment team & hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Raise offers letters for candidates & contracts Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees. Taking ownership for and handling non-standard recruitment requests or issues; escalate if appropriate. Accurately working within agreed SLA's on a right first time basis. To work with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Ensuring appropriate records are kept and enabling accurate reporting. Reference checking Qualifications Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) workday SAP HR Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
