Soft Services Manager Location: Kingston Upon Thames Salary: £44,000 & range of excellent employee benefits Permanent – Onsite – 40 Hours per Week Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00 (flexibility on occasion to support some service delivery) This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our established team working with our prestigious client on an iconic account at their Campus in Kingston Upon Thames. You will be managing 20 staff across a number of functions including Reception, Housekeeping, Goods In, Fitness Centre, and the business support centre. helping to deliver operational excellence across our fabulous corporate client site. You will manage the services to specification, performance, and financial targets. You will work as part of a fabulous onsite team ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, complying with procedures, health & safety and all legislative requirements. You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and the Environment within your scope of work About You Experience of customer service and in particular business to business customer relationship management Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding duties and working hours Strong organisational and planning skills Experience of delivering to targets to achieve quality standards, customer satisfaction and profit margins IT literate to provide/monitor data within the Quality Assurance and other management reporting systems Demonstrable success in developing and delivery stock control mechanisms Must always be approachable and a people person The ability to communicate clearly is essential Experience of delivering financial targets Comfortable providing presentations Experience with disciplinaries Strong interest in fitness & gym Desirable Qualifications: Health & Safety Qualification What we offer Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
