The Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is a key to support the scaling of our sales effort as we create Packaged Services that are easy to sell, easy to buy, and easy to deliver, acting as entry-point solutions when winning new clients. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and go-to-market (GTM) for product positioning and competitive differentiation across all stages of the buyer and customer journey. This includes marketing campaigns, promotions, content, sales collateral and training to support awareness, discovery, purchasing decision and customer experience to support exceptional customer onboarding.
How will you spend your time?
* Maintain a catalogue of all packaged services, IP and products available across Salocin Group and its associated brands.
* Define and communicate the value proposition of our packaged services to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Salocin Group's packaged services, including market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
* Create and manage GTM playbooks for each packaged service, ensuring they are easy to sell, easy to buy, and easy to deliver.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success.
* Work with the marketing team to deliver compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, testimonial and sales enablement tools.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to inform product marketing strategies and optimise GTM efforts.
* Support the marketing team in generating demand, building pipeline, and closing deals through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
It’s important that you are experienced in
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in product marketing, preferably worked in a Software as a Service business.
* Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies and marketing campaigns.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
