Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and personally.
Work alongside teachers to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
Create an engaging and nurturing environment that promotes positive emotional and social development.
Support daily classroom activities, ensuring students feel included and valued.
Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, updating them on progress and celebrating successes.What We're Looking For:
While experience working with SEN students is an advantage, we're seeking individuals who are empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
The ability to adapt and use creative approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team.
Access to a car and a valid driver's license are helpful but not essential for this role in Sutton.What We Offer:
