What does a great Finance Manager – Global Agency TDC in Commercial FP&A do? You will lead the Net Margin Team responsible for providing Corporate Finance, Commercial leaders, and Commercial Finance Business Partners with an overarching view of the business by understanding, analyzing and explaining current year numbers and forecasts and undertaking longer term planning and scenario analysis to deliver in-depth understanding of business unit performance, operations, market, customers, competitors and risk. It is a changing commercial landscape with many variables – so lots to get involved with Responsibilities include: Lead the Net Margin FP&A Team, consisting of 3 direct reports (2 Senior Finance Analysts and one Intern). Responsible for global agency cost of revenue reporting. Lead the Net Margin Financial close process and the Budget / Forecast process. Working collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure financial results are accurate and booked in accordance with Travelport policies. Monitor and report Net Margin budget, forecast and prior year variances and address any anomalies, providing detailed commentary. Ensure customer reporting accuracy at EOM and Cost center level. Compilation and release of customer profitability reporting (mid-month / full month). Liaise with Corporate FP&A on current performance, forecasts and longer-term planning. Compilation, completion, and in-depth analysis of Net Margin Budget Submission. Key stakeholder in planning system and process development. Support Strategic Projects on an ad-hoc basis. Who we are looking for in this role: A curious self-starting individual who can drive value and mobilise teams working in a matrix environment. Strong strategic finance and analytical skills, preferably with FP&A experience. Able to effectively communicate complex issues to key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to tailor their approach to deal with different people. Ideally qualified or studying toward professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
