We have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to achieve and surpass regional sales targets for WKD, bottlegreen, and Shloer, engaging with local businesses across the territory to win new business and maintain current business.
This Field Sales role includes elements of marketing activation working with on and off trade RTM to deliver exciting, footfall-driven and product-trialling activity. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Account team to drive the brand and channel strategy through customized account plans. This will provide experience and development with a view of role progression.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Category Growth:
* Unlocking new business and managing current regional accounts to meet sales, consumer, and brand objectives within the agreed parameters.
* Translate WKD, bottlegreen, and Shloer brand objectives into relevant customer proposals.
* Share the principles of the key customer needs with SHS Drinks contacts, to highlight and gain commitment to all mutual objectives.
* Maximize distribution, availability, and visibility of WKD, bottlegreen, and Shloer in account portfolios by setting specific targets and conducting gap analysis, account planning, and identifying and matching customer needs to our brands' key features.
* Always ensuring that all new and existing listings are managed through to customer, based on the brand and channel objectives.
* In conjunction with the Brand teams, propose and implement innovative account-specific activity to build brands, drive NPD, volume, and distribution in line with account and brand objectives, always negotiating sustainable business for both parties.
Operational Excellence:
* Devise and implement account activation and promotional plans. Work with the Account and Brand teams to ensure these plans are built into our planning tool.
* Plan and achieve key KPIs in line with company and brand expectations, following the Portman Group and SHS code of conduct.
* Ensure collaborative relationships with internal teams such as Marketing, Demand Planning, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Finance to ensure a joined-up approach.
* Build relationships with route to market Account Managers to facilitate winning new business.

Experience/Qualifications
We are looking for a confident individual with a strong sense of motivation, creativity, and professionalism. Ideally, candidates should bring with them experience in beverage sales, particularly within an on and off trade environment, and knowledge of the competitive landscape is also beneficial but not essential. Candidates should be strategically minded, who can extend our vision in cultivating new business within London and the South East.
