Key Responsibilities
1. Lead regional construction teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
2. Oversee installations ranging from aerial and underground networks to in-home setups, leveraging advanced fiber optic technologies.
3. Manage compliance, reporting progress to executives, and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
4. Drive operational excellence by interpreting splicing diagrams and optimizing productivity and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 5+ years of fiber optic construction management experience, with a strong background in FTTH projects.
2. Expertise in splicing, OTDR testing, and XGS-PON technologies.
3. Proficiency with CAD, GIS tools, and construction software.
4. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation & Benefits
1. Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.
