Job Title: Temporary to Permanent Admin Planning Coordinator

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Planning Coordinator to join our facilities management team in Warrington. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Management: Close down all old jobs in the system by ensuring that necessary documentation is complete and that no outstanding tasks remain.
2. Communication: Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to confirm the completion status of jobs.
3. Follow-up: Actively follow up on pending jobs and ensure all tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
4. Data Entry: Accurately update job records, ensuring that all details are recorded and stored correctly.
5. Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to job completion and outstanding tasks.
6. Support: Provide general administrative support to the planning and facilities management teams.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within facilities management or a similar industry.
2. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in completing administrative tasks and updating records.
5. IT Proficiency: Comfortable using job management systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
