Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of employment law matters, including:
1. Managing tribunal litigation across all aspects of employment law, with opportunities for advocacy at preliminary hearings.
2. Providing advice to HR Managers, In-house Counsel, Managing Directors, and other senior personnel on various employee relations issues.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and advising on HR policies, employment contracts, and directors' service agreements.
4. Representing high net worth individuals in negotiating service agreements, team moves, or termination arrangements.
5. Advising international clients on UK employment law and coordinating international projects and advice.
