About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a business partner for the UK Supply Chain and Sales Leadership Team striving to progress processes and systems to improve the overall operations. You will be required to provide high quality co-ordination and administrative assistance to the UK Supply Chain and Sales Leadership team as appropriate.
This role will report to the EA to MD Europe and Administration Lead. This role has no direct reports and can be based in either the Bristol or Weybridge office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development of key business processes & projects to ensure the smooth running of the business.
* Anticipate UK Supply Chain and Sales Leadership team needs & take prompt action to fulfil commitments.
* Managing information flow to & from UK Supply Chain and Sales Leadership team.
* Itinerary management – diary planning and organizing, scheduling meetings, planning of departmental functions/events/meetings.
* Communication – handling phone calls, written and face-to-face requests and queries, and coordinating onboarding of new hires.
* Lead and coordinate the UK Supply Chain and Sales Leadership team meetings schedule and supporting processes for report management.
* Manage the full itinerary of customer visits and significant meetings.
* Organize and coordinate international leadership meetings held at the Weybridge office.
* Support agenda coordination and ensure facilities and all other requirements are well presented.
What you'll bring:
• Ideally 5 years’ work experience as PA or EA to Director(s) at Board level.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferable).
