Our clients Sheffield-based office, is the heart of their operations, and they need a driven, adaptable, and organised individual to support their growing team. The Role: As an Office Administrator / Executive PA, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and office management tasks, working closely with senior leadership and supporting multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. Executive PA Support: Diary management, booking travel, managing emails, and handling sensitive information for senior leadership. Administration & Compliance: Typing reports, setting up and managing files, and scanning documents. Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings. Handling HR administration, including onboarding, training records, and maintaining internal databases. Financial Support: Ad hoc support at busy periods in finance team assisting with invoicing, basic credit control Operational Support: Handling office supplies, ensuring printers and office machines are functional, and ordering equipment when needed. Providing administrative support to managers and other teams as required. What Were Looking For: Highly organised and detail-oriented thrives on keeping everything in order. Strong IT skills proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Confident communicator excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person.
