Job Description
1. Conduct daily tasks as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager.
2. Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers.
3. Check all chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, including FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
4. Perform audits across different areas of the kitchen/operation, ensuring that all paperwork is up to date, temperature controls are regularly performed and recorded, and cleanliness levels are compliant. Double-check personal hygiene of team members in Veg preparation, butchers, and pot wash.
5. Support the wider QA events international team in diverse locations as necessary.
6. Supervise that all production members follow internal safety rules to avoid future incidents.
7. Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor regarding incidents, issues, solutions, and general information about daily production development.

5. Meticulous attention to detail and data-driven, with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement, and track DO & CO standards.
6. Build strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating to create a team spirit.
7. Clear and engaging communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, using various methods to keep the team informed.
8. Flexible in thinking, making decisions efficiently and handling change to ensure everything is right for our partners and the DO & CO family.
9. Great understanding and working knowledge of your department, delivering practical actions for improvement with a hands-on approach.
10. BSc in Food Science or experience in a similar role.
11. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent working knowledge of reporting and managing data.
