About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Electrical Package Manager this site based position will develop and execute projects and task associated with the Jacobs Field Solutions Portfolio in Barrow in Furness in Cumbria. Experience in managing Supervisors and Operatives is essential along with the Execution of Mechanical tasks in line with client requirements. Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations is required along with In depth knowledge of the legislative, regulatory, quality and environmental requirements relating to nuclear engineering projects.

1. Engagement with the client to develop and define the scope via constructability reviews;
2. Be visible in the workplace and lead by example demonstrating the standards set by the business and challenge all unacceptable behaviours and ensure the team act in a professional manner;
3. Support the preparation of estimates and budgets;
4. Plan work activities and resources to meet task requirements safely and effectively;
5. Manage the On Site delivery of Electrical Tasks;
Essential:
6. SC Clearance;
7. NEC3 delivery experience and understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015. HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or suitable site experience
