Delighted to be working with a global brand in Bristol that are looking for a Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Reward Director, this is an exciting position working across a headcount of c.4K (UK&I) and leading on all areas of their Benefits and Wellbeing programmes. With a focus on developing and managing the benefits platform, you will work closely with HR colleagues, Business Leaders and with 3rd party vendors. Internally you will be responsible for managing the benefits & wellbeing strategy and its communication to drive employee engagement and participation. You will also be asked to be involved in other areas of reward.
You will be an experienced Reward professional with experience of managing and developing benefits and wellbeing programmes. You will be data led, able to analyse cost/financial impact and pay close attention to data analytics, working closely with stakeholders across the business. Advanced Excel skills would be very beneficial.
This is a Bristol based position with hybrid working, you would be expected to be in the office for 2 or 3 days per week.
