Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a keen eye for precision to join their Garment Embroidery & Machine Operation team. Whether you have previous experience in garment embroidery or have an interest and are eager to learn, we welcome candidates passionate about creating top-quality products.
Key responsibilities for the Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator role:
* Operate embroidery machines to apply high-quality logos and designs onto garments.
* Maintain machines and monitor production quality, ensuring products meet our exacting standards.
* Check stock, apply embroidered logos or heat-applied transfers, and package items for dispatch.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
* Maintain high standards, even under tight deadlines, without compromising quality.
What we’re looking for in a Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator:
* Previous experience with embroidery or similar machinery is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to assist in other areas when needed and a proactive approach to learning.
And in return for working as a Garment Embroidery & Machine Operator:
* Competitive Pay: Starting at £11.45 - £12.50 per hour (DOE), with potential for a quarterly and yearly bonus.
* Flexible Hours: Typically 45 hours per week but open to flexible or reduced hours (in the area 30-40 hours per week)
