* Create, review, and update H&S policies.
* Promote continuous improvement and best practices.
* Align policies with project-specific needs.
️ Risk Management
* Review contractor and designer risk assessments/method statements.
* Identify hazards and implement robust risk controls.
* Collaborate with Principal Contractors/Designers throughout project phases.
Training & Culture
* Develop and deliver tailored safety training.
* Drive a positive safety culture via workshops and engagement.
Auditing & Monitoring
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
* Address non-conformances and ensure timely resolution.
Incident Investigation
* Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
* Prepare reports and share lessons learned.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulators.
* Build strong relationships with Facility Operators and stakeholders.
️ Programme Support
* Provide expert advice across all project stages: preconstruction to handover.
* Oversee Principal Contractor compliance with regulations.

* Capture and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
