The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead part of our Home Baking branded portfolio. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth. You will be at the heart of shaping the future of our brands, developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our consumers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life and make an impact.
The Candidate
If you have a proven track record of developing plans that win with consumers and customers to create real business impact then we’d love to talk to you. You’ll need to have a strong commercial track record, the ability to manage a portfolio with multiple priorities and have excellent influencing skills. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to steer the direction of our portfolio and the opportunity to reinvigorate a category that has significant growth potential.
