Job Description
As Strategic HR Business Partner for this established and evolving business in Cheshire, you will deliver a business partnering service to the Leadership Team and wider Business as well as broader, key projects. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people related issues.
Key areas of responsibility include:
· Providing strategic advice & support to managers & directors within your specific business area.
· Leading on HR Change activities, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and delivery of a quality HR business partnering service.
Leading on and development of talent strategy with business leaders, looking at future talent, emerging leaders and any gaps.
· Collaborating with the wider HR team & specialists to ensure delivery of people priorities.
· Analysis of monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics relating to sickness absence, employee engagement diversity & inclusion - identifying opportunities as well as delivering short & long term solutions.
· Coaching/upskilling of the ER Team as well as leading on complex cases.
· Managing employee engagement and performance management activities.
As HR Business Partner you will be working for a supportive and collaborative HR Director in a well-established and successful business going thru a period of exciting change. You will also have the opportunity to play a key role in wider change projects.
To be considered for this role you must be a strong HR generalist, with excellent business partnering skills at strategic level, as well as experience working through significant change and transformation and with a flexible approach within a busy, changing and commercial environment. You will be a positive, solutions-focused individual with the ability to question and challenge as well as influence, building positive stakeholder relationships.
Experience within a complex/matrix business is also highly advantageous as well as M&A.

Salary is up to £70,000 per annum plus bens.
Hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite (Cheshire)
