We are working with a growing name within the retail sector who are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the team to take complete ownership of a key channel for the company. With the brand quickly establishing a name for the quality of its products, this is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background with similar customer base.
Role
As CRM Manager you will play a key role in defining the brands CRM strategy, for the UK market, that is their key customer communication channel. With complete autonomy over the channel this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to drive an area how they see best and use their knowledge and experience to deliver against key CRM targets. With each campaign individual and targeted you will have a history of analysing data to be able to drive campaign direction and improve engagement leading to bottom line figures.
This a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager who wants an opportunity to take on more responsibility and join a leader within the retail sector. The successful CRM Manager will be both creative and analytical and is looking for a great culture and environment to belong too.
Essential Skills:
* 4 years’ experience working in a CRM Management role.
* Have a history of providing strategic direction to multiple CRM campaigns.
* Be passionate about the retail/ecommerce sector, ideally having 5+ years’ experience within the sector
* Experience of CRM Strategy design and implementation
* Must have experience of delivering 4-10 email campaigns per week.
* A background of creating engaging and exciting campaigns that capture the imagination.
* Excellent understanding of Analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions.
