Due to internal expansion, they are currently seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their team. Purpose: Responsibility for managing the administration of the office Key Responsibilities: To manage administration staff whilst promoting a positive office working environment To manage personnel issues in a professional, respectful and positive manner To ensure customer internal & external interactions are positive, timely and accurate To manage and provide relevant updates on estimating, sales, deliveries and invoicing To liaise with sales on upcoming and live projects, their pricing and progress and to facilitate the use of relevant software to record and report on these To provide a backup to all processing office functions To maintain and develop a professional and technical knowledge of all products, and ensure updates and changes are communicated and understood by relevant personnel To provide a liaison between Site and Office To monitor and progress the implementation of software systems across the office and using external teams To play an active, positive role as part of management team To promote a positive image of the Company To maintain holiday and sickness attendance records for office staff To play a positive role in supporting maintenance of quality standards & H&S functions To undertake other tasks as and when required by the Company Director Salary negotiable Working Hours: 09.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
