Location: Manchester City Centre (5-minute walk from Manchester Victoria Train Station) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our clients construction consultancy team, specialising in Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) projects. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary, car allowance, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to driving energy efficiency and sustainability in social housing. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate retrofit projects in compliance with PAS 2035 standards. Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to specifications and client requirements. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Provide expert guidance on retrofit best practices and regulatory compliance. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting. Requirements: Retrofit Coordinator Experience on SHDF projects is essential. Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification is mandatory. Must hold a valid UK Driving License (essential for site visits). Basic DBS Check (clean) required. Ability to work within travelling distance of Manchester City Centre.
