I am delighted to be recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in Darlington who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator for a 3 month temporary contract.
As the HR Administrator you will be required to work as part of our HR Helpdesk team, based within our Central Support Office in Darlington with the opportunity for home working, to support our wider HR function and a range of customers across the business dealing with a wide range of HR related queries.
The role will involve frequent interaction with colleagues and customers where a high level of written and verbalmunication skills will be required to deliver excellent customer service. The role will also require you to use initiative to get to the bottom of any issues and resolve problems effectively within the given timeframe. You will be a crucial member of the wider HR team and there will be a need for excellent cross team working and the ability to constantly seek better ways of providing services.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist the HR Helpdesk Team Leaders in providing aprehensive generalist HR service to the business.
• To act as a first point of contact for all customers to the HR team providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, dealing promptly and effectively with their HR enquiries via telephone, email or in person.
• Liaising with a number of other departments such as payroll, people insight and procurement to share information and provide the best results for our customers.
• Working alongside the HR Helpdesk Team Leaders to process a range of HR related documents; this involves creating, producing and distributing documents, including employment contracts, using corporate formats and standard templates as required; and processing correspondence within agree timescales.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation at all times.
• Any other reasonable duties as required.
